My MBA journey at Sri Balaji University has been truly transformative. Being part of the Student Council as the ED Club Head taught me resilience, leadership, and teamwork while helping me grow into a more confident and kind individual. This experience has shaped me both personally and professionally, preparing me for future success.

Sri Balaji University, Pune has been a life-changing journey for me. From leading as the President of the Student Council to managing events as a CCT Coordinator for Aiyaswamy Event and working with the Internship Cell, every role helped me grow personally and professionally. The campus taught me teamwork, confidence, and leadership Lessons I will carry for life.

Getting placed at Deloitte has been one of the most fulfilling milestones of my journey. From late-night preparations to moments of self-doubt, every effort felt worthwhile when the selection results were announced. This achievement isn’t just mine it’s a reflection of the unwavering support from my faculty, mentors, friends, and family who believed in me. This experience taught me that consistency, self-belief, and patience can truly turn dreams into reality.

My journey at Sri Balaji University, Pune has truly been enriching and full of growth. I’m especially grateful to the college for giving me such a big opportunity right in my first year, which honestly transformed my path. My placement story began when I was selected for the PwC Launchpad, and since PwC was my dream company, I completed the program with full dedication. During the placement drive, Launchpad-certified students could apply, and with my mentors guidance and my consistent efforts, I was able to crack the process and secure my placement at PwC.

Pursuing an MBA in Marketing at Sri Balaji University, Pune, proudly serves as the Discipline Coordinator in the Student Council at BIMHRD. The lush green campus and disciplined environment constantly inspire me to evolve into a future corporate leader. From unforgettable memories at Aiyaswami and Drishti to enriching hostel moments, every experience has shaped my journey. Winning second place in debate and extempore boosted my confidence, leadership, and communication skills—making my campus life truly transformative and inspiring.

I received a summer internship opportunity through campus placement and completed a two-month internship in the Industrial Relations Department at Navi Mumbai. With hard work, consistency, and determination, I successfully completed my project and gained valuable insights into industrial relations and employee engagement. My performance was appreciated, and I was later offered a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) along with three colleagues.

Pursuing an MBA in Marketing. The campus experience at Shri Balaji University, Pune has been inspiring. Case study competitions pushed me to think critically and creatively, while regular soft skill enhancement sessions helped me develop effective communication and leadership traits. Serving as the Sports Vice President of the Student Council Committee gave me the opportunity to take leadership ownership and enhance my teamwork skills. From mock interviews to industry interactions, every experience prepared me for the corporate world. I’m proud to be placed at Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting, a milestone made possible by SBUP’s unwavering support and placement excellence.
